Privacy and your choices

Your calculator entries
The hosted calculator processes mortgage inputs and its guided conversation in your browser. This application does not upload addresses, dollar amounts or conversations to analytics. Optional desktop local AI is separately enabled by you and processes your message and scenario with your configured local model.
Website hosting necessarily processes network requests and technical information, such as IP addresses and requested pages. Do not put private information in a link’s query string.
Optional analytics
Where configured, Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It measures sanitized page paths, approved feature events, browser and device information, and uses analytics cookies. We exclude full query strings, addresses, entered mortgage figures and chat text. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Declining does not prevent you from using the calculator.
Use Cookie choices below to change your choice. Withdrawal reloads this page and clears unsaved entries. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track request keeps optional analytics off. A local browser preference stores your choice for this website; other subdomains may ask separately.
Google handles analytics under its Privacy Policy. Our GA4 cookie lifetime is set to 90 days without automatic renewal. Provider processing and retention settings are controlled separately in the account.
Optional Google Ads measurement
After you allow ad measurement, our Google Ads tag uses advertising cookies and shares technical visit and advertising-click information with Google to measure promotion. This is separate from analytics and from displaying ads. We do not attach your address, mortgage figures, conversation, email or phone number to this tag. Personalized advertising, remarketing audience use and enhanced conversions are disabled in this integration.
Use Cookie choices to allow or decline ad measurement separately. Withdrawal reloads the page, clears available first-party Google measurement cookies and clears unsaved entries. Browser privacy signals keep both optional purposes off. Google processes this data under its Privacy Policy.
Sharing
Sharing or copying a summary is your choice and can disclose the numbers you share to the app or recipient you select. The generated summary excludes your address and guided conversation. A share click is not proof a recipient opened a link.
Advertising
No display advertising is currently active here. If advertising becomes available, placements will be labelled and advertising consent choices will be presented separately. The analytics choice here does not grant advertising permission.
